Bone metastasis is one of the common complications lung cancer and can lead to bone-related adverse events, such as pathological fractures, spinal cord defects, nerve compression syndrome. As an effective medicinal component Astragalus membranaceus, polysaccharide (APS) has antitumor activity alleviates osteoporosis a certain extent. In this study, we explored possible role mechanism underlying APS inhibition adenocarcinoma bone metastases by constructing mouse model metastases. First, constructed osteoclast (OC) osteoblast (OB) culture systems in vitro confirm that affected differentiation function OCs OBs.
